Weldless Bulkhead 1.5"TCAdd a 1.5" TC flange to virtually any vessel !This bulkhead is weldless design, allows you to add a TC port to any vessel no need welding or soldering. Just drill a 41mm hole and tighet the locknut. We recommend our 41mm hole sawfor installing this to your kettle.The flange measures 2" like all other 1.5"TC ferrules, and the oversall length is just 1". The ID is 35.1mm just like standard 1.5" weld ferrules. The short length of this ferrule makes it possible to use ripple style heating elementand not have the foldback make contact with ferrule. Also, it works with our 1.5" Triclamp Pickup tube adapter.Installation Notes:1. Hole Size Required: 41mm2. The lock nut hex measures 52mm3. The front of the flange does not have flats for a wrench. The easiest way to hold the flange for tightening is to clamp any other TC parts on with the gasket and clamp. Once tight, you can insert a long rod or screw driver into the hole of the wingnut.4.
