Shawarma Seasoning - Shawarma is a Middle Eastern sandwich made with chicken, lamb or beef that is thinly sliced and served on flat bread with pickles or vegetables. Our Shawarma Seasoning is a delicious balance of savory spices with hints of citrus, ginger and cardamom for authentic Arab flavor. Add 3 Tbsp. of Shawarma Seasoning, 1/3 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup white vinegar or lemon juice (optional) to 2 lbs of meat. Marinate for 2-24 hours, then grill or pan fry.

Baharat - Baharat is a spice blend used throughout Turkey. It is the Arabic word for 'spices'. This mixture of finely ground spices is often used to season lamb, fish, chicken, beef and soups.
Ingredients: Black Peppercorn, Coriander, Cassia Cinnamon, Cloves, Ground Cardamom, Nutmeg , Hungarian Paprika

Traditional Za'atar - Za'atar is a Middle Eastern Spice often mixed with olive oil and spread on bread. Traditional Za'atar is more herb based than the sesame seed based version. It also serves as a seasoning to sprinkle on vegetables, salads, meatballs, hummus or kebabs.

Aleppo Pepper - Aleppo Chilies are primarily grown in Turkey and Northern Syria. This sweet, sharp tasting chili with moderate heat does not overpower a dish and adds an authentic Mediterranean flavor. Great of beef, lamb or chicken, as well as in soups.
